Farmer A vs Farmer B Story

There was a guy wanting to buy a horse as a present for his daughter, and went to the marketplace to look for the gift. And he saw a farmer, the guy went up and greeted the farmer and told the farmer that he is looking for a horse for his daughter.

The farmer A told him that,”We have fine branded breed horse that cost 500 bucks, would you want to get one now?” The guy thought for a moment and replied, “I will just take a walk around.”

The guy continued walking until he saw another farmer, so he told the farmer the same thing. The farmer B answered him that, “Oh, how old is your daughter, we will need to know this so that we will be able to get a suitable horse for her?” The guy was touched by the question, and thereby promptly answered some of the questions that the farmer queried on.

The farmer B continued by saying that they are offering him to bring home one of the suitable horse for a 1 month period, and they would even get a trainer to go through the training with his daughter. The farmer B even told the guy that, if he or his daughter is not pleased with the horse after the 1 month period, he would take back the horse and they would incur no charges at all. And to make it even better, the farmer B would even get someone to clean up the mess over at their house, due to the horse.

So at the end of the day, which farmer would the guy pick and buy from? Now, think about this, how many vendors or sellers really make your problem part of his concern, and how many vendors or sellers just wanted to sell you so badly? With such intensive support and having no risk guarantee, of course he would pick farmer….B
